VAC: Venice Art Crawl.
December Lights!
Venice, CA -
Bright. Expansive. Illuminating. December's VAC was all those and so much more! Cleverly themed "December Lights", all involved with the
Venice Art Crawl made sure that exhibits, shows, and activities alike possessed an en"lightening" quality.
From the fun to the amazing, light shows could be seen up and down the crawl. Artists were out and about showcasing works that fit perfectly with the theme. Businesses
up and down the VAC area incorporated either menues, activities, or both as a show of support to all the VAC represents.
Without fail, we are continuously impressed by the determination, imagination, and fortitude of the artists showcasing at VAC. This time around was no different! The "IN" show had the immense
pleasure of interviewing the following artists. Enjoy; and, we we'll catch you next time!
Gus Summers is the Host and Broadcast Producer for The "IN Show, an entertaining broadcast that covers all things exciting and enlightening.

VAC: Venice Art Crawl.
Artists in Action.
Venice, CA -
There is an energy that emanates and escalates as the Venice Art Crawl takes place, every third Thursday of the month. It is both palpable and visceral.
The VAC literally comes to life as artists, collectors, and curiosos converge on the scene to experience a sensationally raw artistic exhibition.
What Venice's Art Crawl does incredibly well is this: It provides opportunity and avenues for artists to express themselves through their individual artwork in the moment! This
does two very important things. First, it awakens in those watching a deep sense of respect for the work each artist puts into their medium; and, second, it empowers and vindicates the very essence of
what being an artist is.
This past VAC, the "IN" show had the profound pleasure of interviewing and watching some world-reknown artists in action, as well as being given a tour of some artistic montages. As always, enjoy!

VAC: Venice Art Crawl.
A fantastically festive recurring event.
Venice, CA -
This month was the third installation of the Venice Art Crawl a.k.a. the VAC. Each third Thursday of the month, the Art Crawl comes to life.
It is conveniently located by the beach between Rose Ave. and Venice Blvd. The music, laughter, and awe of art officially starts at 6:00pm and going on until (officially) 10:00pm.
As before, the IN show came across some profound artists. Those we were able to interview did so with such graciousness and exuberance. Thank you!
The highlight of this VAC for the IN show was that we were able to catch Darren Wayne-Alexander Hall in the act of expressing life through music. Sadly, the Artisan Venice, where
Darren shared his music and love for art, closed its doors this same evening. We'll miss the Artisan Venice; but, rumor has it that Darren isn't going away....we promise to keep you posted!
Following are the links sharing with you all that the IN show had the pleasure of covering. A must see? Our delightfully pleasant conversation with the extremely artistic Evie Ryland. Wherever
you start, enjoy the journey. Until next time...the IN show.

VAC: Venice Art Crawl.
Artists, sculptors, musicians, painters - artists of all kinds!
Venice, CA -
When one thinks of an art crawl, one thinks of art...and art alone. Not so for those in attendance at the Venice Art Crawl.
All genres of art are welcomed, celebrated and on display. From bands to solo acts and from performance art to sculptured pieces, no bit of art appreciation is left behind.
The VAC is a free event held each 3rd Thursday of the month and is a wonderful place to experience what art is: expression, freedom, love, hope, and expectation.
Here's a bit of a representation of what the "IN" show sampled while touring the VAC. Enjoy!

VAC: Venice Art Crawl.
California's Venice answers the call to bring Art to All.
Venice, CA -
Each third Thursday of the month, the Venice Art Crawl comes to life. It is conveniently located by the beach between Rose Ave. and Venice Blvd. Starting at 6:00pm and going
on until (officially) 10:00pm., it is a remarkable blend of beauty, music, fun, and - oh yes - LOTS of art!
Artists, Galleries, Curators, and Art Ambassadors alike have made it possible to make the Venice Art Crawl a free, public event. As a monthly exploration of the Venice Beach area
and the world famous Venice artist community and spirit, it is sure to become the place to go.
Venice and its world-renowned Boardwalk area has served as a home for artists, a haven of creativity, and the place to find many famous galleries. The Art Crawl is an event intended to both
help local artists show their art and provide the public with an arena to learn more about art and its genres.
The IN show had the pleasure of being invited to cover the first VAC. Follow the links to see what we found and be sure to return or, better yet, meet up with us at the next one.
