Plot For Peace
the Oral Narrative of the Secret History of the End of Apartheid in South Africa.

Los Angeles, CA - Plot for Peace has won the Galway Film Fleadh International Documentary Award, the Brizzolara Family Foundation Award, the Sao Paulo International Jury Award to Best Documentary and Audience Award to Best International Documentary.

It's Theatrical Release Schedule to date, with new dates being announced as added, are:

SYNOPSIS: Nelson Mandela's release was a plot for peace. An improbable key to Mandela's prison cell was a mysterious French businessman, dubbed "Monsieur Jacques" in classified correspondence. His real name was Jean-Yves Ollivier. His trade secret was trust.

Now for the first time, his story is told in the documentary thriller, PLOT FOR PEACE.

Jean-Yves Ollivier Q&A held after the screening at The Landmark in Los Angeles.

"The moment you do something...you DO something."

"If you really want to do something good, there is a way to do it."

"A hero is not a hero, he is a human being doing what is right."

Jean-Yves Ollivier is a man filled with vision. He does not consider himself a citizen of the world. Instead, he views himself as one who is interested in humanity and in living in a world at peace.

The film, Plot For Peace, show the tenacity and determination Mr. Ollivier has in creating such a world. As much as this film is a testament to the Grand History that is Present-day South Africa, it is also a documentation of the efforts of Jean-Yves Ollivier to work from a point of trust, alongside others, in order to free Nelson Mandela and ultimately end Apartheid.

The "IN" Show had the honor to have Mr. Ollivier as our in studio guest! In sharing behind the scenes of the journey revealed in Plot For Peace, Jean-Yves also lays out the argument that so much more can - and must - be done to end all manner of apartheid.

In fact, it can surely be said that Plot For Peace is not an end point: A film showing what was in light of what is. No, Plot For Peace is a beacon for what must be - because the story is not over. (Think Occupy, Equality, Inalienable Rights...just to name a few.)

Please, make it a point to visit Plot for Peace online at PlotForPeace.com and to find out more about the film's journey, Jean-Yves Ollivier's efforts, and what it all means for humanity now.
